2. Services

Zibanest provides interior design services including but not limited to:

Residential interior design
Commercial interior design
Renovation and restoration services
Design consultation
Project management

3. Consultation Booking

Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance. All projects are subject to availability and mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and budget.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, renderings, and concepts created by Zibanest remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement. Typically, we require:

50% deposit to commence work
40% at midpoint milestone
10% upon project completion

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposit refund policies are outlined in individual project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zibanest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
